Charles Abele, Jr.
Principal - MANAGING DIRECTOR
Over the past 43 years, veteran South Florida developer Charles "Chip" Abele, Jr. has become a leading figure in the United States real estate industry. Mr. Abele has a proven track record of success and the vision, foresight, and experience to execute large-scale projects. His career includes the creation of thousands of residential units and more than 2,300,000 square feet of commercial and industrial space. Mr. Abele's projects are now valued at well over $2 Billion - a testament to his development skills and marketing aptitude.
Peter Jago
Principal - MANAGING DIRECTOR
Peter John Jago has over 40 years international real estate experience, including developments in South Africa, the United Kingdom and the United States. Peter’s firms specialize in developing mixed-use buildings, luxury and mid luxury hotels, high-end residential apartment dwellings, and condominiums. He has been involved in the development of more than 3000 residential units, 10 hotels, twelve shopping centers, and a multitude of office space, creating more than ten million square feet of developed space. Peter has personally developed over $1 billion, and his companies have garnered more than $6 billion in real estate projects abroad in locations such as South Africa, the U.K., and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Many of the projects have been developed in Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale Florida, as well as in Crested Butte, a well-known ski town in Colorado. More than two decades ago Peter co-founded PDT Investments followed by GCFRC and GCF Developments where he has continued to serve as managing director since its inception. Prior to 2001 in South Africa, Peter owned many diamond and jewelry businesses, including a diamond cutting factory, as well as hotels and a multitude of other businesses. As part of his endeavors, Peter served as financier, producer and lead performer in “Diamond River Hunters” a seven-part reality series that detailed a mission to discover alluvial diamonds in the river valleys of Lesotho in Southern Africa. The series was purchased by Discovery Channel among others and aired in more than 50 countries worldwide, plus it remains on YouTube. Peter has over the years created employment opportunities, directly and indirectly, for over 25000 individuals through his various business endeavors.
Harish Mehta
Principal - MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr. Mehta is Executive Chairman of Clearwater Capital Pty Ltd., a Private Equity investment company with interests in property, waste management, last mile distribution, suppliers to the OEM auto market, Agri processing, cell phone towers and industrial assets. Clearwater has been in Private Equity for almost 20 years and we are raising capital for our new Fund4. Prior to Clearwater Capital Mr Mehta was Group CEO of Uniprint, a family printing company. Mr. Mehta grew Uniprint from humble beginnings into one of South Africa's largest print and media companies before it merged with Avusa now Tiso Blackstar Ltd, which is today the largest media and entertainment company in South Africa. In addition, he is non-executive director of multiple public listed companies in South Africa.
Jose Boschetti
Principal - MANAGING DIRECTOR
Jose Boschetti has been involved in the real estate industry for more than 25 years. In that time, he has developed approximately 10,000 residential units, 15,000 square feet of commercial space, 50,000 square feet of retail space and 1million square feet of industrial space. In addition, Mr. Boschetti has been a motivating force behind the acquisition of more than 4,000 acres of land. His combined development and acquisition portfolio is valued in excess of $2 billion. Mr. Boschetti attributes his level of success to a dedication to real estate fundamentals, understanding market needs and relying on solid projections.
Daniel McCarthy

Daniel McCarthy (Don) has 40 years of international real estate experience includes developments in South Africa, the United Kingdom and the United States. He has been involved in the development of more than 3000 residential units, 10 hotels, twelve shopping centers, and a multitude of office space, creating more than ten million square feet of developed space. The total value of his real estate projects exceeds $1 billion in the USA and abroad in locations such as South Africa, the U.K., and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
